Matthew Chipps has extensive experience in engineering and business development, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical from the University of Southern Indiana obtained in 2008. Initial work was as a Design Engineer at PPG Industries from May 2005 to May 2007, followed by a role as Mechanical Engineer III at Skanska USA until December 2014. Matthew then served as a Senior Plant Engineer at Valero Energy Corporation from December 2014 to April 2021, before transitioning to CenterPoint Energy as a Senior Key Account Manager in Industrial Sales until April 2025. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Business Development Director at American Structurepoint, having started in April 2025.
