Oliver Damschroder

Oliver Damschroder, LEED AP, is currently the Development Director at American Structurepoint, Inc., where they have been since 2022. They previously held multiple roles at American Structurepoint, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Design Manager, and Civil Team Leader. Before that, Oliver worked as a Site Inspector and Designer at EMH&T and as a Construction Inspector for the Fremont City Engineering Department. They also served as an Estimator for the Ohio Department of Transportation. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a minor in Construction Operations from Ohio Northern University.
