Tim McParland

Tim McParland, P.E. is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Commercial Drone Pilot with extensive experience in various engineering roles. They began their career as an Assistant to the District Engineer at the Ohio EPA, where they conducted stormwater compliance inspections and reviewed designs. Tim then served as a Project Estimator at Shook Construction before becoming a Stormwater Engineer for the City of Mentor, where they managed public water resource projects. They further developed their expertise as a Forensic Engineer at EES Group, managing projects across multiple states. Currently, Tim works as a Senior Project Manager at American Structurepoint and holds positions as Secretary and Vice President of the IIBEC - Ohio Valley Chapter. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
