Tom Hibbard

Tom Hibbard is a Principal at American Structurepoint, Inc., where they continue to utilize more than 30 years of experience in managing complex transportation projects across Ohio and West Virginia. Previously, as Ohio Transportation Director at the same firm, Tom led multidisciplinary teams in the completion of traffic studies and construction documents. They also served as a Business Project Manager at ms consultants, inc., overseeing significant projects including the I-70/I-71 South Innerbelt Study. Tom began their career at Burgess & Niple, managing transportation and municipal projects in northeast Ohio. They hold a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
