William O'Gorman

William O'Gorman has extensive experience in legislative affairs and business development, with a strong focus on transportation policy in Ohio. O'Gorman served as a Senior Legislative Aide to Senator Gayle Manning on the Senate Transportation Committee from February 2011 to October 2013, and later worked as Legislative Liaison for the Ohio Attorney General's Office until January 2019, where responsibilities included managing legislative agendas and fostering relationships with key state legislators. As Deputy Director and Chief Legislative Officer at the Ohio Department of Transportation from January 2019 to December 2021, O'Gorman played a crucial role in crafting significant budget bills and modernizing transportation funding initiatives. Currently, O'Gorman is the Director of Business Development at American Structurepoint, Inc., beginning in December 2021. O'Gorman holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Walsh University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
