Dustin Joy

Dustin Joy is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and construction management. Currently at Structures Inc. since July 2023, Dustin previously held project management roles at Myers & Sons Construction and Ralph L Wadsworth Construction Company. Prior to these positions, Dustin worked as a project engineer at The Lane Construction Corporation and as a field engineer at Flatiron Construction, where involvement included significant heavy civil projects. Education includes a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with two associate degrees from Broome Community College. Notable early experience includes an internship with the New York State Department of Transportation, contributing to what was then the largest micro pile installation project in the United States.
