Erlinda Dyes serves as Structures’ Operations Analyst. She has over 7 years’ experience in the structured settlement and financial industries. Prior to joining Structures, Erlinda worked at Arcadia Settlements Group as an Operations Analyst and was an integral member of the Quality Assurance team. Additionally, Erlinda has experience in mutual funds and other market-based products which provides her a broad insight into various aspects of the financial industry. Prior to moving into the financial services industry, Erlinda gained critical experience and a passion for exceptional customer service while working with the Better Business Bureau where she learned the value of client relationships and conflict resolution. Erlinda looks forward to building new relationships with consultants, clients, and associates.
