Most ERP implementations do not fail because of the software.
They fail because of the deployment model.

Struo is a specialised B2B consultancy built to solve the ERP technical debt crisis. We watched the traditional System Integrator (SI) playbook repeat itself constantly: bait the client with the "A-team" during the pitch, switch them out for a junior bench, and trap the business in an endless cycle of billable hours.

The ERP market does not need another agency. It needs a surgical rescue unit.

We step in to fix, optimise, and scale broken NetSuite, MS D365, and Sage Intacct environments. We do not deploy a junior bench. We do not do "body shopping." Instead, we deploy the top 1% of Independent Leads to execute targeted, fixed-price rescue operations via Statements of Work (SOWs).

External expertise should accelerate your growth, not create internal dependency. We audit the mess, fix the engine, train your team, and get out.

We begin every engagement with a 'Phase 0' Diagnostic. A Lead Architect audits your environment, maps the technical debt, and deliver a fixed-price SOW to execute the fix.
