David Gambo

David Gambo has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. David is currently working as a Backend Engineer at STRV since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deutsche Börse as a Software Engineer from October 2021 to December 2022.

David also has experience working at Thales, where they worked as a Software Engineer for three years from September 2018 to September 2021. During their time at Thales, they developed solutions for banking services in an Agile environment. David'sresponsibilities included Java development, working on deployment scripts using technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, and EKS, and setting up a Vagrant-based VM for development and operations teams.

Before joining Thales, David worked as a software engineer apprentice at Ministère des Armées for three years from September 2015 to August 2018. In this role, they worked on the software part of a full-flight training simulator for different aircraft of the French Navy. David'sresponsibilities included developing software for the session's instructor.

David also had an internship experience at KDAB in June and July 2017, where they worked as a Software Developer. During this internship, they developed a node editor in C++ using the Qt libraries for Qt3D.

Prior to their software engineering career, David served as a Police reservist at Gendarmerie Nationale from May 2014 to September 2016. David also worked as a Technicien Intervention Grand Public - Repairman at Orange in June and August 2015.

Overall, David Gambo has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering through their work experience in various industries and has acquired skills in Java, Ansible, Jenkins, EKS, C++, and Qt libraries.

David Gambo attended the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Coding from the Engineering School. Prior to that, they attended the DUT Génie électrique et Informatique Industrielle from 2013 to 2015, where they received a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Electronics and Coding.
