Eva Bochová

Eva Bochová has a diverse work experience across various industries. Eva started their career as an intern at the EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy in 2016. Eva then worked as a volunteer at AFS Intercultural Programs, where they eventually became the Manager of the Pool of trainers and also took on the role of Chapter Manager.

In 2017, Eva joined STRV as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Relocation Consultant, specializing in helping expats relocate to the Czech Republic. Eva managed the entire relocation process, including visa applications, immigration law advisory, and establishing guidelines for life in Prague. Additionally, they took on responsibilities in recruitment and community building at STRV.

Eva continued their work in the field of relocation and visa as a consultant independently in 2020. Eva worked with clients to facilitate the relocation, visa, and employment processes for foreigners.

In 2020, Eva joined the Bátor Tábor Foundation as a Program Manager. Eva was responsible for starting and managing programs aimed at providing therapeutic recreation for children affected by serious illness. Additionally, they built a volunteer community in the Czech Republic to support the foundation's initiatives.

Eva also had a brief internship as a Junior Consultant at Symphera s.r.o. in 2022, where they gained experience in agility-focused team projects.

Most recently, Eva worked at WeBoard as an Account and Project Manager. Eva contributed to creating training and onboarding ecosystems for employees, utilizing technology such as VR and AI. Their responsibilities included project planning, client communication, and app testing.

In their most recent position at Digismoothie, Eva serves as a Project Manager starting from December 2022.

Eva Bochová completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies - Diplomacy at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they participated in the Erasmus program at Corvinus University of Budapest. Additionally, during the same year, Eva studied "Deutsch als Fremdsprache" at Universität des Saarlandes. In March 2022, they obtained a Google Project Management certification through Coursera.
