Aaron Hoffmann

Aaron Hoffmann is an R&D Director specializing in high-speed drills and fusion technology, with a robust background in medical device engineering and management. They have held roles of increasing responsibility at Stryker, most recently serving as R&D Manager, where they led multinational teams to drive innovation in the neuro and spine space. Aaron’s experience includes overseeing cross-functional product development teams, managing financial aspects of medical device launches, and spearheading the development of automated test systems. They earned an M.B.A. from Michigan State University and hold multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from Lake Superior State University.
