Amy Martyn

Amy Martyn is a Senior Manager, HRBP at Stryker, having joined the company in July 2023. Previously, Amy held various positions at Starbucks from February 2016 to July 2023, including roles as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on Store Development, Operations, and Customer Marketing and Product. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Paychex from August 2013 to February 2016, and as an HR Coordinator at Jones Lang LaSalle from December 2011 to August 2013. Amy began their career as an HR Intern at Yum! Brands in 2011. Academically, Amy earned a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lewis University.
