Anna MacEy

Anna Macey possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held several pivotal roles across prominent organizations. At Stryker from November 2019 to May 2025, Anna served as Senior Manager of Workplace Practices and Employee Relations, leading global workforce transformations and ensuring compliance while driving sustainable growth. Prior to this, Anna was promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where strategic workforce solutions were implemented in a rapidly expanding business. In earlier positions, Anna supported the Interventional Spine business unit during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed HR functions at Steelcase, American Axle & Manufacturing, and Bell’s Brewery. Anna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University.
