Ben Foley

Ben Foley is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing at Stryker, a position held since 2025. They have held various roles at Stryker, including Senior Director of Operations and Plant Manager, as well as Senior Director Division Manufacturing Lead for Stryker Neurovascular. Prior to joining Stryker, Ben worked at Novartis where they served as a Production Facilitator, Production Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and Training and Development Lead between 2010 and 2020.
