Billy Smith is an innovative quality leader with extensive experience in compliance, audit readiness, team building, and CAPA. They have held notable roles, including Quality System Manager at DePuy Synthes from 2016 to 2023, where they organized internal and external audits with zero findings and led a team of quality engineers. Currently serving as Senior Manager of 3PL Quality Assurance at Stryker, Billy oversees quality assurance processes while pursuing degrees in Organizational Leadership at both Goshen College and Purdue University.
