Chad Hallberg

Chad Hallberg is an experienced legal operations leader with a strong track record in technology management and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Legal Transformation Services at Stryker since April 2025, Chad previously held the position of Legal Operations - Tech Solutions Lead & PMO Co-Lead at Stripe from January 2020 to April 2025. In this role, Chad managed over 25 technology tools, achieving significant operational efficiency gains in contract and matter management. Prior to Stripe, Chad was Director of Legal Operations Lead at Bausch + Lomb, where strategic vendor management and software implementation resulted in over $25 million in annual savings. Chad's career began at Serengeti Law, a Thomson Reuters business, as both a Professional Services Consultant and Implementation Manager, following a role as Operations & IT Manager and Real Estate & Tax Consultant at 1031 Exchange Coordinators. Chad holds a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law and an MBA from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration.
