Chris Longano is a seasoned professional in sales and leadership development, currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Stryker since January 2013. With a focus on surgical instruments and regional training, Chris was recognized as the 2021 National Regional Field Trainer of the Year. In addition to sales responsibilities, Chris has contributed to global talent management initiatives at Stryker, designing and executing programs to enhance leadership capabilities across various management levels.
