Christopher Damien, Ph.D., is a strategic product development leader with extensive experience in biotechnology and biomedical engineering. They served as Corporate Director of Biotechnology at Dentsply Sirona from 2007 to 2018, where they led global research and development efforts for a leading dental manufacturer. From 2002 to 2007, Christopher was the Director of R&D at Xylos Corporation, successfully developing and launching biomaterial-based wound care products. Currently, they are the Director of Biologics R&D at Stryker, overseeing research and product development in the Trauma and Extremities division.
