Dan Porter, PMP, is a dedicated global product development leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation. They have successfully guided high-performing teams at ATL Technology, LLC, where they established a new engineering division in Costa Rica and launched multiple new products, generating significant revenue. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Manager at Stryker, Dan leads teams in the development of Class 3 medical devices while collaborating with industry-leading professionals to drive innovation. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Integrated Innovation from Carnegie Mellon University.
