Dawei Chen

Dawei Chen is a highly experienced engineer in the biomedical field, with a career spanning over a decade. Dawei began as a Project Engineer at Universität Bern from August 2012 to January 2014, focusing on developing prototypes for medical systems and conducting tests in collaboration with fellow students. Following this role, Dawei joined Stryker in March 2014, progressing through various positions including Associate Project Engineer R&D, Senior Project Engineer R&D, and Staff Engineer until April 2023. Prior to Stryker, Dawei worked as a Produktionsmanager at CAScination AG from February 2013 to February 2014, overseeing system assembly and managing supplier relationships.
