Digant Sheth

Digant Sheth, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Global HR Technology & Digital Solutions at Stryker, where efforts focus on building a comprehensive HR technology ecosystem, driving digital transformation, and enhancing employee experiences. Prior to Stryker, Digant held various vice president roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., overseeing global HR strategic initiatives and employee experience. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Pfizer, where Digant led HR operations and technology strategy, and earlier roles at Campbell Soup Company, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Dow Jones, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Digant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering & Finance from Drexel University.
