Elaine Eager

Elaine Eager is a Director Commercial PMO for Europe, Canada, and LatAm at Stryker's Business Enablement Solutions team, where they lead a team of project management professionals to deliver global transformational programs. Previously, Elaine held various positions at Stryker and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on project management and customer service, and was instrumental in driving business process improvements and ERP implementations. Elaine's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in French Language and Literature and certifications in Project Management and Human Resources Management from University College Cork.
