Ercan Bezan

Ercan Bezan is the Director of Manufacturing at Stryker, where they ensure alignment between manufacturing strategies and business needs while fostering a culture of inclusiveness and high performance. Ercan graduated with a Master's degree in Strategy and has held various finance and management roles, including Lead at Carmeuse Group and Manager at NAR GOURMET. They have also contributed to education as an instructor in Economics, Finance, and Accounting. Ercan actively engages in mentorship at Sabanci University and believes in the strength that diversity brings to organizations.
