Eric Collis, MBA, is a Program Manager at Stryker, bringing extensive experience in program and project management, manufacturing, and business development. Previously, they served as a Senior Program Manager at Cooper-Standard Automotive, where they led product development programs to success by managing timelines, quality, and finance. Earlier in their career, they held various engineering and management roles, including President at Vector Business Coaching & Services, where they supported business owners in strategic planning and accountability. Eric holds an MBA in International Business from Gardner-Webb University and is currently pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University.
