Eric Elam

Eric Elam serves as the Vice President of Finance, Business Development, and Strategy at Stryker since February 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing financial management of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to support strategic growth objectives. Previously, as Vice President of Business Development and Integrations, Eric Elam built and led the International Integration function across multiple regions. In a Senior Director role, Eric Elam developed and executed market and product strategies that resulted in more than $1 billion in global acquisitions. Earlier experience includes leadership in finance and product management roles at Stryker and a stint as a Management Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting. Eric Elam holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
