Erik Berg

Erik Berg is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Stryker, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Erik served in various capacities within Stryker, including Recruiter II and Manager of Talent Acquisition, as well as in human resources management. Erik's career began at RHI as a Division Director and continued at Robert Half International as a Staffing Executive. They hold a B.A. in Business from Hope College and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
