Erwin Kiess is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in manufacturing across various sectors, including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement and PMO at Stryker, Erwin possesses a strong background in engineering, project management, and quality assurance. Erwin has held numerous managerial positions at reputable companies such as GE Consumer & Industrial, Honeywell Aerospace, and St. Jude Medical. With a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and an MEM in Engineering Management, Erwin is a Professional Engineer and holds multiple certifications in quality and organizational excellence.
