Heather Barrett

Heather Barrett is a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner in University Relations at Stryker, where they focus on connecting top talent in retail with hiring managers across North America. Previously, Heather served as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Bath & Body Works, enhancing hiring strategies and workforce relationships. They have extensive experience in recruitment, having held roles at Aerotek and worked as an Account Recruiting Manager. Heather also contributed to the community and developed their public speaking skills as Miss Ohio, supporting initiatives for youth affected by divorce. Heather graduated from Kent State University in 2012.
