Ian Hatfield has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Technical Accounting at Stryker since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Pioneer Natural Resources Company as a Senior Corporate Accountant from July 2022 to December 2024 and held the position of Accountant II at Redfin from January 2021 to July 2022. Ian began the career as an Audit Associate at KPMG US from September 2018 to January 2021, also completing an Audit Internship at the same firm in early 2017. Early work experience includes roles as an Electronic Associate and Cashier at Sam's Club from July 2013 to July 2014. Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, completed from 2015 to 2018, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Collin College, earned from 2013 to 2015.
