Jason Ryan

Jason Ryan is a Senior Manager in Engineering Excellence and Cost Transformation at Stryker, with over 15 years of experience in mechanical, biomedical, 3D printing, and design engineering. They hold a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design & Technology, both with first-class honors from the University of Limerick. Throughout their career, Jason has led projects, managed cross-functional teams, and implemented successful cost-reduction initiatives, particularly in the medical device industry. They are also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and have extensive experience in the use of various CAD software and engineering validation processes. Prior to their current role, Jason held positions at 2M Engineering Ltd, Renishaw, and Creganna Tactx Medical, specializing in design and project management within medical technology.
