Jillian Mann

Jillian Mann is a Professional Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and PROSCI certified in Change Management, currently serving as the Director of Kitting and Distribution at Stryker. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Gay Lea Foods, where they directed process excellence initiatives and managed operations across multiple food manufacturing facilities, achieving significant cost savings and employee engagement. Jillian also served as Plant Director at Maple Leaf Foods Inc and gained experience as a Process Engineer at Vale, among other roles in the mining and municipal government sectors. Educated at institutions such as Queen's University and McMaster University, Jillian is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace and empowering others to reach their potential.
