Jisoo Yang

Jisoo Yang is a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner for East Asia at Stryker, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Jisoo served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Korea and Mongolia at Schneider Electric and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at adidas, where the focus was on leveraging sports to change lives. Jisoo's extensive experience in recruitment also includes roles at GSK, where leadership was provided for APAC recruitment processes, and Philips, where responsibilities encompassed hiring across multiple business functions. Earlier career experiences include staffing support at Microsoft and a digital marketing consultant role at IBM Korea. Jisoo holds an MBA from Korea University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Keimyung Adams College, supplemented by an exchange program at Northumbria University.
