John Snodgrass

John Snodgrass is a seasoned R&D engineer currently serving as a Sr. Staff Mechanical Engineer at Stryker since 2020. They previously held positions as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Allegion US, where they led development efforts on mechanical and electromechanical products, and as a Senior Design Engineer, developing security products from concept to production. John also worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at dormakaba and a Mechanical Design Engineer at Leclanché SA. Earlier in their career, they contributed to product development at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they also completed the Stanley Leadership Program. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2007.
