Jose Matos

Jose Matos is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design assurance. Currently serving as a Staff Design Assurance Engineer at Stryker since August 2015, Jose has previously held multiple roles within the company, focusing on software validation and supplier quality engineering. Prior experience includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer I at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where Jose conducted root cause investigations and developed solutions for FDA-regulated instruments. Jose's early career also includes research assistant work at Florida International University and mechanical design engineering roles related to radioactive waste solutions. Jose holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.
