Julia Chen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Principal Operations Quality Engineer at Stryker. Previously, they held the position of Principal Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences, where they conducted key engineering evaluations and developed training sessions for clinical device expertise. Julia also gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at Biomedical Microsystems Lab, where they designed testing protocols for microfluidic devices. They began their educational journey at Santa Monica College, earning an Associate of Arts, before completing a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Southern California. Julia is currently pursuing a Master Black Belt Certification while mentoring fellow engineers on Six Sigma projects.
