Ken Pascale has over a decade of experience in medical device engineering, specializing in spinal and orthopedic products. Beginning at Aesculap Implant Systems, Ken served as a Design Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on spinal implant systems and fixation implants. Following this, Ken worked at Extremity Medical as a Development Engineer, contributing to the design of various orthopedic implants and surgical instruments. Ken then advanced to Stryker, initially as a Staff Engineer and later as a Senior Staff Engineer, where responsibilities included developing joint replacement and oncology implant systems. Currently, Ken holds the position of Principal Engineer at Stryker. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and two Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
