Leonardo Chavez is a highly motivated Finance Director and Controller with over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, encompassing 14 years as a Financial Controller and 5 years as a Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance Director. Currently serving as Financial Director at Stryker, they have previously held significant positions at Enovis and Bose Corporation, where they directed finances for global manufacturing and supply chain operations. With a strong background in cost reduction initiatives and financial strategy, Leonardo is recognized for their analytical skills and ability to lead high-performing teams. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, and are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources.
