They have a diverse recruitment background across various sectors, including telecommunication, IT, and financial services, covering areas such as Procurement and Marketing. Lígia previously held roles at Korn Ferry as a Senior Recruiter and at Agfa as a Recruiter, where they focused on implementing recruitment strategies and managing teams. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FECAP and further specialized in Strategic Human Resources Management at FIA/USP.
