Lindsey Lederer

Lindsey Lederer is a seasoned Global Early Talent Leader with over 15 years of experience in university recruiting. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Early Talent at Stryker, they develop and implement strategies to enhance global recruiting efforts for interns and entry-level positions. Previously, they held various roles in university relations and talent acquisition at Stryker, where they successfully led recruitment initiatives and managed large-scale internship programs. Lindsey's earlier experience includes serving as a Residence Coordinator at UNCW and a Residence Hall Director at the University of South Carolina, where they managed operations and supervised staff. They hold a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Art History from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
