Mark Conard

Mark Conard has extensive experience in both the military and the medical device sales industry. Currently serving as a Trauma Sales Representative at Stryker since August 2017, Mark has also held roles as a Trauma Sales Associate and Brand Manager. Prior to this, Mark served in the US Army from September 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included project management and future operations planning as the Project Manager for the 2-1 IN Battalion. As the Battalion Logistics Officer, Mark oversaw a logistics operation for a 720-person Infantry battalion, managing a budget exceeding $10 million. Additional military roles included Executive Officer of the Headquarters Company and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer, with responsibilities ranging from logistics and maintenance to planning combat operations. Mark holds a degree in Spanish and French with a mechanical engineering track from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has also studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
