Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta has over a decade of experience in engineering and product development within the medical device industry. Starting as a Product Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, Mayank focused on designing patient-specific cutting guides, MRI segmentation, and managing quality deliverables. Progressing to a Medical Device Reporting Specialist role, responsibilities included regulatory reporting to the FDA and managing a team while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. Mayank later transitioned to a Technical Writer position, developing interactive technical manuals for maritime systems. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Stryker, Mayank leads new product development for external fixation devices, coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring new joiners on anatomy and trauma products. Mayank holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical & Automation from Amity School of Engineering & Technology.
