McKenzie Oster has extensive experience in quality engineering, having worked at Stryker from June 2021 to April 2024, where roles included Staff Advanced Quality Engineer, Senior Customer Quality Engineer, and Customer Quality Engineer. Prior to that, McKenzie was with EO Technical Solutions from June 2014 to January 2024 as an Engineering Assistant, focusing on installing, testing, and troubleshooting ASML photolithography equipment. McKenzie also contributed to the research laboratory of Dr. David Lin at Washington State University as a Technical Assistant from January 2016 to May 2018 and as a participant in the Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship Program. McKenzie holds a degree in Bioengineering from Washington State University, attained in May 2018.
