Meral Eichwald

Meral Eichwald is the Director of Talent Assessment at Stryker, where they are passionate about translating business needs into effective HR strategies, focusing on talent attraction and management, coaching, and organizational design. Previously, Meral held several leadership roles at Stryker, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Development & Talent Acquisition. They began their career as a coach, consultant, and trainer for HR solutions while also earning a Diplom in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Psychology from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
