Meredith Baugher has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Sage at Stryker since December 2016, with previous roles including Director of Human Resources across various divisions and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Stryker, Meredith worked at Michael Page in supply chain recruitment, progressing from Associate Consultant to Managing Consultant. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Recruiter at DynaStaff and various positions as Assistant Coach and Lead Recruiter for women's basketball at multiple universities. Meredith holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and French, both from Valparaiso University, and graduated from Berea High School in 2001.
