Michael O'Neill

Michael O'Neill is currently a Senior Director of Sterilization Services at Stryker, where they work within the Global Sourcing Group. Michael has a robust background in sourcing and category management, having held various roles including Senior Global Sourcing Specialist at Boston Scientific and multiple positions at Stryker. As the Founder of RiiConnect, they demonstrated entrepreneurial skills between 2018 and 2020. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Studies from Munster Technological University, an MSc in Strategic Management and Planning from University College Dublin, and a Master’s degree in Work & Organisational Behavior from University College Cork.
