Michelle Frame

Michelle Frame is a Senior Project Manager for the Stryker SMART Graduate Program within the EU/LATAM PMO team. Throughout their career at Stryker, Michelle has held various roles focused on event management and project coordination, contributing to the development of early career talent within the organization. Previously, they worked as a Careers Advisor at OneContact and held multiple positions in event management and customer service across other companies. Michelle holds a first-class honors degree in Tourism & Hospitality Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University and completed a Leadership Award with Common Purpose. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family, including their twin children and Labrador, Milo.
