Michelle McGrath

Michelle McGrath currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Stryker in Ireland, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to Stryker, Michelle McGrath accumulated over a decade of experience at GSK, where roles included Regional Reward Lead for MEA/Russia CIS and Global Compensation Operations Delivery Manager. Notably, as a Global Process Manager, Michelle McGrath contributed to the Workday implementation project across 42 markets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and local practices. Additionally, as JLR Lead for the Workday deployment in Ireland, extensive mapping of local processes was conducted to facilitate the transition for approximately 2000 workers. Michelle McGrath holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University and a Bachelor's degree from University College Cork.
