Michelle Stephens

Michelle Stephens (Hughes), RAC, is a Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Stryker, leveraging 15 years of experience in new product development regulatory and international submissions within the medical device industry. Previously, they held roles at Network Partners as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant and Project Lead, and at Medtronic where they contributed to regulatory compliance and product change notifications across various regions. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of North Florida and completed a Graduate Degree in Regulatory Science from Northeastern University. Additionally, they obtained a Regulatory Affairs Certificate from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society in 2010.
