Mitchell Baldwin

Mitchell Baldwin is a seasoned Medical Systems Engineer with 40 years of experience in the research and development of complex medical devices and test systems. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Research & Development at Stryker Instruments since 2005, Mitchell focuses on developing powered neuro and spine surgical instruments and integrating them with surgical navigation systems. Additionally, as President of R. M. Baldwin, Inc., a position held since 1995, Mitchell oversees medical device and test system development, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and software design. Previously, Mitchell served as President at Michigan Instruments, Inc. from 1980 to 1995, where they managed and spearheaded R&D in medical equipment manufacturing.
