Monique Halstead

Monique Halstead, MBA, CDMP, currently serves as Sr. Director of Business Data Governance at Stryker, where efforts focus on enhancing data governance in alignment with the company's healthcare mission. Prior to this role, Monique held the position of Associate Director of Data Governance at Illumina, supporting initiatives aimed at improving human health through genomic data. Extensive experience at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance included roles as Director of Information Integrity and Governance, where Monique led the development of a next-generation information governance program, along with earlier positions in data governance and account services. Monique's career began at The Home Depot, progressing to Sr. Manager of Merchandising Operations while improving data quality processes. Education includes an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University, and ongoing studies toward a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC Rossier School of Education, expected completion in 2025.
